October 2019
Co-founder Daniel Kermany pitches the concept of an image classification algorithm for retinal pathologies to Sling Health, where he meets TJ Falohun.
Spring 2020
Uthej Vattipalli & Amir Zavareh join the Ai-Ris team!
May 2020
Ai-Ris joins the OwlSpark Accelerator at Rice University
Summer 2020 & Winter 2021
Ai-Ris is selected to participate in the VentureWell E-Teams program and receives $25K in non-dillutive funding(Stage 1 & Stage 2 )
October 2020
Ai-Ris receives the Blackstone Techstars Fellowship for Social Impact ($5K grant)
January 2021
Ai-Ris participates in the National I-Corps Winter Cohort ($50K non-dilutive grant)

W place second in the Annual competition!

Uthej Vattipalli represented Ai-Ris team in the Hero Training Program at Draper University, a incubator in Silicon Valley founded by Tim Draper.

Ai-Ris is selected to participate in the Endless Frontier Labs Deep Tech track by the NYU Stern School
October 2021
TJ Falohun receives the Brett Wiggs Innovation Leadership Award  by the Texas Business Hall of Fame!

Ai-Ris has been awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant for $260,000.
April 2022
Ai-Ris invited as 1 of 4 teams to present to the Aggie Angel Network at Startup Aggieland at Texas A&M University
